WEREWOLVES ON WHEELS.....

While waiting for the boat to take are fiddles and tamboreens back to the mainland ( Canada) from Victoria island the bass player and I watched this in his car , his quote; "this is one of the coolest sacreligous things I've ever seen " lol

OUTLAW RIDERS

Finally scored a copy of this film on DVD for my collection, was it worth the search ? lol well that depends on your priorities, it's a decent enough story with adequite acting and some great buddy sceans.Dont want to give away the ending but I'll say it's different ....jusy google the title to find the seller

THE HARD RIDE

Say what you will about old sickle themed films ,but there are a few that have not only great bikes but half decent acting and a storyline worth 90 minutes of your life ,...this is one of them!

It hits a couple social issues as well as some flying fists, and the pace and scenery flow like hot oil lol

...did I say great bikes ? ...REALLY great bikes

This film taught me two great truths .......OH NO !

and ...OH YES!!!!
Truthfully this in my opinion is one of the finest movies of it's kind, drawing the best example of just about any b movie out there...repulsive villans,KARATE chopping,the discharge of a firearm by a civillian within city limits,mass comsumption of alcohol,choppers recklessly disobeying safe driving standards,it has all these things and more !AND some of cinemas most memorable lines prior to tarantino!
As a child my sister and I would sit on our porch to clap and cheer as the local sickle club roared down our street ( they had a clubhouse around the corner ) and after a drive in screening of this we were terrified to go anywhere near the place lol
if you have been holding out for a title to own and scare the hell outta your date with ....THIS IS IT !

DEVIL RIDER

You wont find any examples of excellance when it comes to acting in this gem...continuity or impecable editing either ,but what you will find is this !

dial telephones ,torture,choppers,a german helmet like on the poster art,fighting ...KARATE!,a floosy in a cheap bar and a worried dad with a pencil moustach!

The story moves even if the period rock and roll isn't your groove and it teaches us a little something about accepting a ride from bikers in a movie....

7 outta 10 for being true to form lol

looking like a direct from "super 8" transfer this is a piece of total ...GOLD!

Total cornball stuff with lots of swastikas,nonsence laffing,go go dancing and drinking!

OH and the odd fist fight or two thrown in to keep it entertaining to the end !

While the acting if you want to call it that was something outta leave it to beaver the storyline

was groovy enough .

Started out with the things you look for in a movie called Werewolves on wheels .....road ridin',fightin,drinkin,boobies!...SATAN!

then it started to fall apart but at least there was more fightin and road ridin!
