starting on one of these ...XS 650s! so far I chopped that garbage off the back of the frame ,found a rigid rear,a gas tank,bunch of other necessary crap like controls and junk....hope fully by next summer I'll be catckin bugs in my teeth again ...

Even as a child

I wanted to leave

sit on a curb and watch the California sun come up

over the rolling hills of a skate park

and

I knew that all that candy apple paint

and warm white vinyl

had to be there for a reason

I figured

I could just about live forever

near a beach

dig my toes down in the cool sand

the hum of traffic

rolling on a sea of pavement

and twinkling tail lights

off to bed

But even as a child

I knew the value of family

far out weighed

a hobo stick and hanky

and

that freedom

was a small price to pay

for

love

Hate sellin stuff....wish I had deeper pockets and a shack to store all the goodies I have found over the years ....

there was a time ....Edmonton had it made for FAST!

Then an eager politician named Jan Reimer had it all taken away ...they drove posts in the strip so nobody could sneak on and use it ...what a bitch!It was a world class facility with a strip a race coarse ,all of the greats raced here and the local industry spawned many big names even today...Thanks again Jan !
